環保促進會自2013年起將6月5日聯合國世界環境日訂為「香港綠色日」，並舉辦連串活動向社會各界推廣環保。是次設計比賽為「香港綠色日2022」活動之一，與手機應用程式圍威喂(Where We Wow)合作，旨在鼓勵年輕設計達人為香港綠色日吉祥物－Ｍr. Green－改頭換面，以推廣綠色生活。比賽小冊子：https://bit.ly/38XEb1q

I designed Mr Green with a mask on because we are in the pandemic, I also recolour the leaf into rainbow colour since all green is kinda boring. I gave him a head band because Mr green need to work out so he won't fall ill.

I changed the colour of Mr Green to blue and white, which stands for the ocean and the polar region respectively. Since lots of waste and rubbish are created and this damages the ocean and affects animals in polar region. There are also non-plastic bottles and a eco bag drawn on the picture so that less plastic materials could be created.
